This Privacy Policy describes how The Frosted Nug At Carneys Point LLC (“Frosted Nug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use version 1.0 of The Frosted Nug mobile application (the “App”). The App is intended only for adults age 21 or older.

Version 1.0 is a guest-first app

Version 1.0 does not provide Frosted Nug account creation or sign-in. It does not connect to AIQ or Treez loyalty accounts, issue store loyalty rewards, process payments, or sync app activity to a Frosted Nug account. Nug XP is on-device app progress only, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed.

Information stored on your device

The App stores the following information locally on your device so its features work between sessions:

• your 21+ entrance confirmation;
• game progress, Nug XP, streaks, and personal records;
• products saved to your Strain Wall;
• saved media items and playback position;
• sound, vibration, motion, notification, and marketing preferences.

Frosted Nug does not receive this locally stored information through a Frosted Nug mobile API in version 1.0. It remains on your device unless you choose to open a third-party website or media service as described below.

Location information

The iOS commerce edition may request device location immediately before opening an ordering or reservation experience. Location is used only to determine whether the device is physically present in New Jersey. The App does not retain this location or transmit it to a Frosted Nug mobile API in version 1.0.

If you deny location access, provide only approximate location, or are outside New Jersey, the App prevents access to commerce features. The rest of the App remains available.

The Google Play companion edition does not offer ordering, reservations, delivery, shopping-cart links, or other cannabis-commerce features and does not request location for commerce.

Websites, live menu, maps, and media

When you choose to open the official Frosted Nug website, live menu, directions, phone, email, or embedded media, your device communicates directly with that website, mapping service, telephone provider, email provider, or media publisher. Those services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, and request details under their own privacy policies.

Inventory, prices, eligibility, and availability are controlled by the official live-menu experience and may change. The App does not process payment-card information.

Analytics, advertising, diagnostics, and tracking

Version 1.0 does not include a first-party analytics provider, crash-reporting provider, advertising identifier, cross-app tracking, or targeted advertising. Frosted Nug does not sell personal information collected through the App.

Notifications and marketing

Version 1.0 does not send push notifications or mobile-app marketing messages. Preference controls may appear in the App so users can set choices in advance, but no notification token or marketing enrollment is activated by the App in this release.

How to delete App data

Open the App’s privacy controls and select Erase this device to remove locally stored App progress, Strain Wall selections, media saves, and preferences. You may also delete the App from your device. Because version 1.0 does not create a Frosted Nug account, there is no mobile account to delete.

Orders, reservations, loyalty records, or communications created directly through a website or in-store system are not App account data and may be subject to separate legal, regulatory, or business retention requirements.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information handled by version 1.0. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Adults only

The App and Frosted Nug cannabis services are intended only for adults age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the App from anyone under 21.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when App features or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this address and update the effective date. Before enabling accounts, loyalty synchronization, server-backed rewards, analytics, crash reporting, or push notifications, we will update this policy and the applicable app-store privacy disclosures to describe those features.
